Course Application & Fees
- By signing your Course Application, you accept the Terms and Conditions as laid out below.
- All Terms & Conditions and Fees are correct as at time of publication but may be subject to change.
- SightRight (UK) Limited herein after referred to as SRUK has the right to decline any application for any reason should they feel it is not in the best interests of the SightRight Brand or if it is felt there is any conflict of interest in the Applicant’s current coaching commitments or affiliations.
- In the event SRUK needs to cancel a Course due to unforeseen circumstances, alternative Course dates will be provided. If the dates provided are unacceptable to the applicant, then a full refund will be provided.
SightRight Accreditation and Coaching License
- Applicants participating in the SightRight CueSports Coach Programme understand they cannot coach SightRight Methods unless they successfully pass the Course Accreditation Level attended, upon which they will become accredited and licensed to by SRUK.
- Should the applicant, in SRUK’s opinion, not reach the required level of competence on a course, they will be invited back to the next course at a discounted rate.
- Successful candidates will receive a SightRight Coaching Certificate / License according to the accreditation level attained.
Your SightRight Coaching License Covers:
- Authorisation to coach SightRight Methods at the Accreditation Level attained.
- Authorisation to use the SightRight Trademark & branding in promotional material.
- Promotion by SRUK as an Accredited SightRight Coach in all SightRight Media.
- Coach Development Support via the SRGCSN (SightRight Global CueSports Network) Coach Portal.
- Optional Coach Masterclasses via the SRGCSN Coach Portal (Masterclass fees will be payable).
- Invitation from time to time to attend Coach Refresher Courses (nominal fees payable).
Where and Who Can You Coach as a SightRight Coach?
- SightRight Accredited CueSports Coaches are authorised to Coach Players, at their SightRight accreditation level, at their nominated Club(s) as per Application Details.
National, International & Global License Requests
- SRUK has already issued National & International Coaching Licenses for a select number of Coaches and Ambassadors.
- Should your Coaching take you beyond your nominated Club then we are happy to discuss a bespoke Coaching License with you.
- National, International & Global Licenses are available subject to appropriate License Fees.
- Bespoke Coaching Licenses will need to fall in line with SRUK Commercial Agreements.
Requests from Non SightRight Affiliated World / National Governing Bodies, Federations or Academies
- Requests for SightRight CueSports Coaching by a Non SightRight affiliated World / National Governing Body, Federation, Association affiliated to a Governing Body, or any Academy Institutions should be directed in the first instance to SRUK.
Coaching a Professional Cue Sports Player
- Requests are invited and, in the first instance, be referred to SRUK for approval prior to the commencement of any coaching.
- Upon approval by SRUK the SightRight CueSports Coach and the Professional CueSports Player understand that SRUK reserves the right to cover or promote any SightRight coaching activity and use of SightRight Methods.
- SRUK will provide the SightRight Coach with a sanction letter for the Professional to confirm use by SRUK of images, footage and testimonials.
SightRight Global CueSports Network (SRGCSN)
SRGCSN Coach Portal – Coach Directory & Onboarding Process
- SightRight Accredited CueSports Coaches will be invited to join our SRGCSN Coach Directory & Automated Booking System via our Coach Portal Onboarding process.
- Coaches will be able to set & upload their own fees.
- The Coach Directory will be accessible by all SRGCSN Registered Player Members.
SRGCSN Coach Portal – Online Booking System
- SRGCSN Registered Player Members will be able to view our Coach Directory and Book a Coaching Session via our Automated Online Booking System.
- When a Player books a Coaching session online, an automated email will go to their chosen Coach to accept the Booking.
SRGCSN Online Coach Booking System – Initial Referral
- The SRGCSN will drive initial Coaching Referrals to our Registered Coaches via the Coach Portal Online Booking System.
- An Initial Coaching Referral is defined as the first Coaching session booked via the Online Booking System which is accepted by the Coach.
- Coaches should ensure all Follow Up Sessions following the Initial Referral are booked by the Network Member via the SRGCSN Online Booking System to maintain continuity of the Initial Referral and ongoing Coaching relationship.
- We will invite & collect feedback from our SRGCSN Members to drive Player Registration to our Network for new & repeat coaching activity.
SRGCSN Online Coach Booking System – Collection of Coaching Fees & Commissions
- Coaching fees will be collected from the Network Member by SRUK on acceptance of the Booking by the Coach.
SRGCSN Online Coach Booking System – Release of Coaching Fees
- On automated confirmation from the Coach of completion of the Initial Referral or Follow Up Coaching Session, 80% of the Coaching fees collected will be released to the Coach with SRUK retaining 20%.
SRGCSN Coach Portal – Non-Circumvention of Fees
- SRGCSN will drive Initial Referrals and Follow Up Coaching Sessions from our Registered SRGCSN Network Members for the benefit of our Registered SightRight Coaches in good faith.
- Any circumvention around the collection of fees for initial or follow up Coaching Sessions will result in the Coach License being revoked and the Coach removed from the Coach Directory.
SRGCSN – 2025 Player Grading Certification, Fees & Commission
- We are currently developing a SightRight ‘Player Grading’ Programme and will notify all coaches when the Programme is ready to go live.
- Grading Fees will be set centrally and commissions for Player Grading will be set in line with Initial & Referral Session Commissions.
Maintaining Coaching Standards
- Once accredited, should SRUK feel the performance of a Coach is not reaching the required standard then the Coach will be invited to a One Day ‘Refresher’ Course (fees will apply).
- If performance does not improve to the required standard, the license may / will be suspended until such time SRUK is satisfied. The coach understands they will not be allowed to coach until their license is reinstated.
SRUK Governance Re Coaching License
- Circumstances under which license could be withdrawn include, but are not limited to:
- Evidence of a Coach working beyond the terms of their qualification or official sanction by SRUK.
- Breach of any of SRUK’s Intellectual Property rights.
- Should at any time SRUK revoke a coaching license, the applicant agrees to return all SightRight Coaching materials to SRUK within 14 days.
- Should a Coach, at any time wish to surrender their SightRight Coaching License, all SightRight Coaching Equipment and Intellectual Property should be returned to SRUK.
SRUK IP Rights – Trademarks, Patents, Copyright etc – Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
- All Intellectual Property rights, including techniques, knowhow, literature, video footage etc, remain the property of SRUK and are protected by Patents, Copyright, Trademark and all other legal protection that extends to the Intellectual Property owned.
- All SightRight Course information, Content, Literature, Coaching and Training Methods are strictly confidential and must not be disclosed by Course Applicants / Coaches with any other individual or organisation, other than during licensed SightRight CueSports Coaching Activities.
- SightRight CueSports Coaching Aids must not be reproduced or shared with any other individual or organisation.
- SRUK decision is final.
