When you book a session, through our coach portal we will notify the coach and you will receive confirmation of your booking on his acceptance.
Coaching fees will be collected on the coaches acceptance of the booking request and fees will be released to the coach by SightRight on notification by the coach of completion of you session.
Your will receive a follow up email each time you book a session, to let us know how it went.
