About Noppon Saengkham

Noppon Saengkham, born on July 15, 1992, in Bangkok, Thailand, is a professional snooker player known for his consistent presence on the World Snooker Tour since 2013. He began playing snooker at the age of nine and showcased his talent early by winning the 2009 World Under-21 Snooker Championship, which secured his initial spot on the professional tour for the 2010/2011 season.

After a brief hiatus, Noppon reclaimed his professional status by clinching the 2013 Asian Under-21 Snooker Championship title.  Throughout his career, he has achieved significant victories over top players, including Ronnie O’Sullivan, Judd Trump, and Kyren Wilson.  Notably, he reached his first ranking final at the 2023 Scottish Open, finishing as runner-up to Gary Wilson.

In April 2022, while competing in the World Snooker Championship, Noppon became a father to a daughter named Believe. Her name was inspired by Mark Selby’s “never give up” attitude during the 2017 World Snooker Championship final.

As of December 2024, Noppon achieved a career-high ranking of 22.  He has also made three official maximum breaks (147) in professional competition, showcasing his high level of skill in the sport.
